The Privacy Policy applies to all cases where SIA KoraCloud, registration number 40203638511, legal address Satiksmes iela 45-13, Jelgava, LV-3007, e-mail: info@koracloud.lv (hereinafter also – “Data Controller” or SIA KoraCloud) (hereinafter – Data Controller) processes the personal data of natural persons (hereinafter also Data Subject or you) as a Data Controller, by providing decoration services, carrying out the sale of goods in the SIA KoraCloud online store and using the website https://shop.koracloud.lv (hereinafter – website) or by communicating with Data Subjects in any other way, fulfilling orders, organizing delivery.

1.3. SIA KoraCloud processes personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter – Regulation), the Personal Data Processing Law, as well as related international and national legislation.

1.4. SIA KoraCloud is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our data processing procedures and practices.

1.5. The Privacy Policy is valid from the moment of its adoption, which is indicated at the top. SIA KoraCloud has the right to unilaterally make changes to the Privacy Policy. In case of changes, the updated Privacy Policy will be published on the website.

2. What personal data does SIA KoraCloud process?

2.1. Name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, billing details.

3. Why does SIA KoraCloud process data?

3.1. To ensure decoration services;

3.2. For compliance with billing and accounting regulations; 

3.3. To ensure high-quality and convenient shopping in the SIA KoraCloud online store;

 3.4. SIA KoraCloud does not collect or store information about debit cards and credit cards.

4. To whom is SIA KoraCloud entitled to transfer client information?

4.1. Taking into account that payment processing is provided by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv, the data necessary for the execution of payments are transferred to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS. SIA KoraCloud invites you to also read the privacy policy of the payment processing site https://makecommerce.lv/noteikumi/.

4.2. Delivery of orders made in the SIA KoraCloud online store is provided by delivery service providers Omniva or DPD. 5. Duration of data storage

5.1. Accounting documents related to the settlement with customers: 5 years;

6.2.6. to withdraw consent, if the processing of personal data is based on consent;

6.3. 7. Other provisions

7.1.
